It’s not enough to step aside

When he lets others on the Hill

Upon the Iran Deal decide,

So since he isn’t to be swayed

By Politics As Usual

His obligation’s to persuade

Another, for no one else will.

For all that he does otherwise—

No matter what he has to say—

It’s in the balance Schumer lies

Depending on who he will sway.

As it’s on principle he stands,

If on the sidelines he will sit,

As senators sit on their hands

A moral stance is full of shit.
