When guys believe that they are gals
And gals that they are only guys
Then I believe they’re something else
Than as it is in their own eyes.
Our bodies tell us much about
Whatever we may be inside,
Where—outside-in, or inside-out—
From ourselves we cannot hide.
The truth is that God made us what
He really wanted us to be
And in the end we’re nothing but
What’s obvious for all to see;
So when you think that you’re a guy
But on the outside you’re a gal—
Whichever name you would go by—
You must be Alice and not Al.
