There was the parable about
An Emperor to be arrayed
In new apparel he turned out
In majesty to be displayed.
He hadn’t on him any clothes
That everybody had to see,
Which actually would expose
That he was in his nudity;
For what the emperor had on
Did not resemble any dress,
In fact His majesty wore none
To cover up his nakedness.
You see, this parable applies
To what is going on today,
So no one can believe his eyes
As all is what is on display.
America, you’ve gone too far,
Seeming unable to turn back.
New clothing for the Emperor:
A robe to hang upon a rack!
A God in Who we had to trust
Is unbelieved in anymore,
Who cannot even be discussed
In public being we ignore.
Now, we believe in everything,
What ever it is we are told.
Before us, on parade, the king
Is such a wonder to behold!
Who’s clad in all his Majesty,
For anything he has to wear
As, all of him you have to see
Is that he’s absolutely bare.
